📦 Delivery Policy

We deliver your favorite sarees with care and speed:

  • Inside Dhaka City:
    Cash on Delivery available. Delivery within 72 hours (3 working days).

  • Outside Dhaka City (Bangladesh):
    Orders shipped via Sundarban Courier Service after full payment is received.

  • International Delivery:
    We ship internationally via DHL or other trusted international couriers. Full advance payment is required before shipping.

💳 Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds once the product is delivered and accepted.
However, in the rare case of a wrong or damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item. If eligible, refund processing may take up to 5 working days.

🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the delicate nature of our products, we have a No Return/Exchange Policy after delivery.

❌ Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once the product is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
